At No Isolation we're a 65 people strong scale-up EdTech operating across Europe, on a mission to help educators ensure learning and belonging for all children globally.
Our AV1 robot is deployed across 19 countries with 5,000+ units, supporting schools to improve attendance, belonging, and continuity of learning for children who cannot be physically present. Consistently described as life-changing, it bridges the gap between the student and their peers, restoring both educational continuity and the essential sense of social belonging.
The Nordics are where it started, and it still contains some of our strongest markets. We’ve achieved good market penetration across the region so far, but there's still a huge opportunity to expand.
We're looking for a sales leader based in Oslo to take over a small existing team and drive performance further. Currently, Account Managers on your team cover Norway, Sweden and Denmark - close to the schools and municipalities they serve. Your role is to bring them together as one team, sharpen how they sell, and turn strong regional demand into predictable, growing revenue.
You will report directly to our London-based CCO, Sanjeev, who previously led Vodafone business units across Africa and Europe. Being based in our Oslo HQ, you will also work closely with the wider executive team, including our CEO, Morten, a former McKinsey Partner.
Lead and develop the team: Coach your Account Managers through deal reviews, pipeline check-ins and real-time support on live opportunities. You'll build the kind of environment where people are pushed to get better and know it's in service of their own growth, not just the number.
Own the regional strategy: Use market and pipeline data to decide where to focus - which segments, which territories, which accounts are worth the push. Norway, Sweden and Denmark aren't the same market; treat them that way.
Keep the numbers honest: Pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, clean data in HubSpot. Leadership makes decisions based on what you and your team report - it needs to hold up.
Help your team win the big deals: Multi-stakeholder sales into municipalities and education authorities take time and the right approach. You'll help AMs map the decision path and move from single-unit sales to framework agreements.
Connect the dots internally: Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success so the whole go-to-market motion stays aligned - not just your slice of it.
Represent us externally: Show up at industry events and policy conversations across the region as a credible voice for what we do.
A track record leading B2B sales teams - ideally selling complex solutions into education or public sector, where deals take multiple stakeholders and patience.
You lead by coaching, not just managing. You know how to read what motivates different people and push each of them toward their own best, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
A structured approach to selling. You've used frameworks like MEDDPICC, SPIN or Challenger to pressure-test deals and keep timelines under control, and you expect your team to do the same.
Comfort with data and CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus) - you can turn numbers into coaching conversations and forecasts people can actually trust.
Professional fluency in Norwegian and English; Swedish or Danish is a plus but not essential.
Huge market opportunity: The Nordics are our home market and where it all started - with some of the best awareness and coverage. Yet there is still massive opportunity for account expansion and market penetration.
Proven product-market fit: Our solution is unique, backed by strong evidence of impact, and is highly cost effective against alternative solutions. This all shows in our very low churn - the solution works and customers love it.
A team and a playbook that already work: You're not starting from zero - you're taking something proven and making it better. You'll have the room to adjust the approach where it makes sense.
Significant financial upside. We offer an attractive uncapped commission model beyond OTE. Because the market need is high, and our solution is proven, the earning potential here is significant.
High-calibre commercial colleagues: You will join a commercial leadership team of experienced sales leaders from global tech companies like Vodafone and Salesforce, alongside peers steeped in EdTech experience.
A working environment people rate highly: our engagement metrics run above benchmark. Structured onboarding with a buddy program, an annual company trip, and a genuinely collaborative culture across departments.
Enhanced parental and sick leave.
Flexible working around core hours (10:00-15:00) and remote working option.
Central office space in Oslo.
27 vacation days.
Travel insurance for employees and immediate family members.
Mobile phone and Internet subscription.
This role is based in our Oslo HQ office, with regular travel across Norway, Sweden and Denmark to support your team in the field.
We believe in-person leadership matters, so we work a flexible hybrid model built around real collaboration.

If you’d like, you can also include a short video (in English) as part of your application – this is optional, but it gives us a chance to see a bit more of who you are beyond your CV. Let your personality and passion shine!
If you're looking for a leadership role where the demand is already proven and the job is to build on that - not create it from scratch - we'd love to hear from you.
