As a Senior Sales Specialist at Clair Scientific, you will support the commercial growth of our automated microscopy platform across multiple territories and market segments. Leveraging an extensive network spanning academia, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, hospitals, and industrial R&D, you will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth while helping build our global sales organization.
Own the complete sales cycle from strategic lead generation to contract closure.
Develop business across multiple territories and international markets.
Leverage an established network across academia, pharma, biotech, hospitals, and industry.
Build relationships with researchers, core facilities, procurement teams, executive stakeholders and distributors.
Represent Clair Scientific at conferences and customer meetings worldwide.
Develop sales strategy, CRM processes, pricing, forecasting, and channel partnerships.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
Mentor and support future commercial team members.
3+ years of scientific instrument sales experience.
Demonstrated success managing multiple territories and complex sales cycles.
Extensive professional network across academia, pharmaceutical, hospitals, and industrial sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
