About the role
We're looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Italian team. You'll own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing — working alongside our existing team to build on the momentum we've already established and grow Glint Solar's presence in one of our most exciting markets.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role: you'll be expanding our outbound pipeline, helping refine our approach to the Italian market, and directly contributing to our growth in this next phase. It's a great fit if you're energized by new territory, comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an emerging market, and motivated by the challenge of scaling something that's already gaining traction.
You'll drive structured outbound sales through cold outreach, work closely with the wider commercial team, and help shape what continued success in this market looks like as we grow.
About you
You bring 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience and have consistently exceeded your targets. You have a strong passion for outbound sales, a track record selling into international markets, and genuine curiosity about diverse customer segments. SaaS experience is a strong plus — and relevant industry knowledge in our space is a big bonus.
You're a natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with the commercial team and our colleagues in Product. You're comfortable in HubSpot or similar CRM systems, keep excellent CRM hygiene, and know how to use sales analytics to sharpen your approach.
You bring a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and take pride in being a team player who contributes wherever needed. In our fast-growing environment, you're adaptable by nature — you enjoy navigating the unknown, finding solutions, and helping us continuously improve as we grow.
You're based in Europe, fluent in Italian, and have strong communication skills in English. And we never say no to additional languages!

*A competitive base salary of €40–55K, complemented by an attractive commission structure that lets you directly share in your success. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, role scope, and work location. A realistic OTE for a candidate with a €50K base would be approximately €70K
