Hormona is building the future of women’s hormonal health through science, data, and technology. Our app helps women understand their hormones, track patterns, and receive personalized insights to improve their wellbeing.
We’re growing fast and continuously testing, learning, and improving how users interact with our product. We’re looking for someone who loves digging into behaviour, understanding why users do what they do, and turning insights into better app experiences.
We’re looking for a curious and analytical Product Analyst Intern to help us understand how users engage with Hormona and how we can make the product better.
You’ll work closely with our Product and Growth teams to analyze app behaviour, run experiments, investigate user journeys, and uncover opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining data, product thinking, and AI tools to move fast, test ideas, and create real impact.
Analyze user behaviour across the Hormona app to understand patterns, drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities
Explore how users interact with features and recommend improvements based on data
Support product experiments, A/B tests, and feature testing — from hypothesis to results analysis
Investigate onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and subscription behaviours
Use AI tools like Claude to accelerate research, analysis, insight generation, and product thinking
Turn analytics into clear recommendations for Product, Design, and Growth teams
Build reports and dashboards to track product performance and user behaviour
Combine quantitative data with user feedback to understand the full customer journey
A strong curiosity about why users behave the way they do
Analytical mindset with experience from coursework, projects, internships, or self-driven analysis
Comfortable working with data tools such as Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
Excited about using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to work smarter and uncover insights faster
Able to translate numbers into product recommendations — not just reports
Someone who enjoys testing, experimenting, and challenging assumptions
Strong communicator who can explain insights clearly
Interest in women’s health, consumer apps, digital health, or behaviour psychology
Real ownership: Your insights will directly influence what we build next
Hands-on product experience: Work on real app behaviour, experiments, and growth challenges
AI-first workflows: Learn how modern product teams use AI to move faster

Meaningful impact: Help improve how women understand their bodies and hormones
