Rebl is a fast-growing Finnish food brand on a mission to lead the green transition in food. We make meals for modern values and lifestyles. Our growth has been exceptionally fast - in just four years we’ve sold 5 million meals in four countries, and gone from 0 to 1600 stores selling our products.
Rebl is built by serial startup founders, backed by strong success in the Finnish market and by some of the country's biggest investors.
In Sweden you can already find Rebl meals in over 80 supermarkets around Stockholm and Uppsala and we are now looking for a Sales Executive to grow Rebl’s retail presence in Malmö and Göteborg.
You will be out in the field meeting store managers, building strong relationships with existing customers, and making sure Rebl has the visibility and support needed to succeed on the shelf.
We are open to hiring one full-time person covering both Malmö and Göteborg, or two part-time representatives—one focused on Malmö and one on Göteborg.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting things done, enjoys meeting people, and is motivated by seeing concrete results from their work.
Sell to ICA, Coop, and Hemköp stores
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing stores
Visit stores regularly and make sure Rebl is well represented
Coordinate product demos, sampling activities, and in-store materials
Support stores with practical questions, visibility, and activation ideas
Share feedback from the field and help us continuously improve
Travel between cities and stores when needed
Must have:
At least 1–2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of getting results
Hungry, self-driven attitude and confidence in approaching new people
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Driver’s license
Willingness to travel occasionally
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
Swedish fluency
A plus:
Experience from FMCG, retail, food, or field sales
Studies in economics, communications, or a related field
Fluency in another European language, especially Danish or German
Having your own car is a big plus
