We're hiring across multiple high-impact roles for people with 2+ years of experience. Depending on where your strengths lie, you'll step into a strategic customer-facing role or an analytical and product strategy role.

The roles

Strategic customer-facing (Growth, Global Account Management, Enterprise GTM) You'll manage and scale high-value institutional relationships, lead strategic product adoptions, and drive enterprise growth. You'll speak the language of our clients because you used to be one.

Analytical and product strategy You'll map how the world's top dealmakers use Inven, identify patterns in how PE firms and investment banks search for companies, and help us unlock the next frontier of our platform's capabilities.

Who we're looking for

• 2+ years of full-time experience at an MBB firm, tier-1 consultancy, investment bank, or private equity fund

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English. You can command a room with senior, C-level stakeholders.

• Structured problem-solving: you break down complex, ambiguous problems into clean, actionable frameworks

• For customer-facing roles: genuine curiosity about people and the ability to build trust quickly with high-profile stakeholders

• Extreme ownership: you see a gap, define the solution, and execute without waiting to be told

• The stamina and flexibility to perform at the highest level in a high-growth environment
