VF Software is looking for 1-2 full-stack developers to join our development team in Aarhus.
We build software for associations, boards and professional administrators. Our platforms, Vores Forening and VF Bolig, help customers handle accounting, payments, users, units, documents, communication and daily administration in one place.
Our software is used in workflows where reliability, security and trust matter every day. We are expanding our development team so we can deliver more software faster, while keeping a high standard for quality, scalability and documentation.
You will join a development team of 3 developers and work on a large, modern codebase that is central to the future of VF Software.
This is a full-stack position, but you do not need to be equally strong in every part of the stack. You may have a clear preference for frontend or backend. What matters is that you want to understand the full product, take ownership of your work and help build software that is stable, maintainable and ready to scale.
You will work closely with the rest of the development team and with the product side of the company. The development department works in English.
You will help develop and improve both Vores Forening and VF Bolig. Your work will include new features, improvements to existing functionality and technical work that makes the platform more reliable and easier to maintain.
Typical areas include:
User, unit and administrator workflows
Accounting, payments, invoicing and expense handling
Documents, communication and approval flows
Integrations with external systems
Quality, documentation, testing and scalability across the platform
We are looking for someone who enjoys building product software where the technical decisions matter. Our customers depend on the platform in their daily operations, so operational reliability is a must.
Our current stack includes React, TypeScript, .NET Core, REST APIs, Azure and Git.
Experience with MUI, React Hook Form, automated testing, SaaS platforms or financial and administrative systems is also relevant, but not required.
We believe AI is a natural productivity improvement in software development. We are interested in using AI to write better documentation, improve tests, reduce repetitive work and support better development workflows.
At the same time, we do not compromise on quality, security or operational reliability. We are looking for someone who is either already using AI responsibly in their development work or is curious about doing so.
You are likely a good match if you have experience with modern web development and care about building software properly.
We expect that you:
Have experience with full-stack development
Are comfortable with React, TypeScript and REST APIs
Have experience with, or interest in, .NET Core and Azure
Write code with quality, documentation and maintainability in mind
Can communicate clearly in English and work well in a small development team
You do not need to match every technology perfectly. We are more interested in how you think, how you work and whether you care about building reliable software that customers can trust.
You will get a central role in a growing software company where the product is the business.
You will work close to the users, close to the product decisions and close to the technical foundation of the platform. Your work will become part of real customer workflows and have a direct impact on how associations and administrators manage their daily work.
The position is based at our office in Katrinebjerg, Aarhus, with start in August or September 2026.
Send your CV, a short application and any relevant links to previous work, GitHub, portfolio or projects.
In your application, we would like to hear what part of full-stack development you are strongest in, what kind of product development you enjoy and how you think about quality, scalability and reliability in software development.
