Do you want to be part of a fast-growing tech startup where you get responsibility from day one? We're looking for a Sales Associate ready to join us full-time. At Karla, we're currently 18 employees split between our development team in Copenhagen and our commercial department in Aarhus. We already work with a wide range of customers across industries, including Sunset, Arla, Bones, Tivoli Friheden and Visit Aarhus, just to name a few. As a Sales Associate, you'll become a key part of our growth journey. You'll work closely with our Sales Team Lead, Mathias Almskou, and the rest of the team in Aarhus.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
Phone outreach: Reaching out directly to potential customers and building that first relationship.
Lead development: Building and managing your own pipeline of qualified leads.
Demos: Creating and tailoring demos for potential customers.
Meetings: Hosting and facilitating your own meetings with potential customers.
Danish as your native language and strong English skills
Strong communication skills
A self-driven and proactive approach
An analytical eye for market research
Ideally some previous experience with phone outreach
And preferably a good sense of humor
Since we're expanding across the Nordics, speaking Swedish or Norwegian is a big plus.
