We're building the default AI for M&A. Inven helps the world's top dealmakers (private equity firms, investment banks, tier-1 consultancies, and VC funds) map the private market. We're looking for full-time and part-time BDRs to join our commercial team.

The role

You'll be at the frontline of our outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email, connecting with senior decision-makers and opening doors. You will focus on building strategic relationships with key stakeholders across our largest Private Equity and Investment Banking accounts. This isn't a support role. You'll learn the workflows of high finance from the inside, and you'll see exactly how a fast-growing startup builds pipeline from the ground up.

Who we're looking for

• Native-level English. Confident, precise communication is essential. Other languages considered a plus.

• University degree (or currently pursuing) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related commercial discipline from a top-tier university

• Demonstrated knowledge of or hands-on experience in private equity or investment banking, gained through academic exposure or work

• Grit. You stay focused on targets and can operate across global time zones

Your trajectory

We treat the BDR role as a launchpad to commercial and finance roles. You'll gain exposure to M&A and private equity research that isn't available anywhere else. As Inven scales, we prioritize promoting from within. Inven alumni have gone on to roles at MBB firms, YC startups, and tier-1 investment banks. The path forward is yours to build.
