I’m Joonas, CEO & Founder of MeetingPackage. Here at MeetingPackage, we are building the future of Group, Meetings & Events commerce for hotels, and AI is changing how products are designed, built, and launched, and the challenge is no longer just creating things. It is creating things that are consistently great. That is why we are looking for someone who can become the quality bar for the company and help define how MeetingPackage looks, feels, and behaves across product, marketing, and sales. You’ll work directly with the CEO & Founder and build real things from day one, with full ownership of what you build.
You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Finland. If you prefer a hybrid model, you can combine remote work with on-site collaboration at our lovely office in Espoo. π
What you’ll actually do
Have end-to-end ownership of design work that improves how hotels, venues, and our own teams use the platform. That means you identify a problem, understand the workflow, propose a better experience, prototype it, and work with Product and Engineering to bring it to life. The job isn’t to “make things look nice.”
The job is to build great product experiences, and design, AI, and prototyping tools are simply how you do it. They’re native to how you think, not something you add at the end. You’ll design both outward and inward. That means customer-facing product experiences that make complex hospitality workflows feel simple, and internal tools, templates, and systems that help our own team move faster and produce better work. If it solves a real problem, improves usability, or helps us build better, it matters. π

About MeetingPackage
We are a software company that allows hotels and event venues to sell, operate, and manage their Meetings & Events spaces. MeetingPackage improves the Meetings & Events booking process for meeting planners and event venues. We integrate with venues’ existing property management, sales & catering, and back-office solutions while delivering products to all customer-facing channels. Products include Venue & Sales Management Software, an online Booking Engine, and a Meetings & Events–specific Channel Manager. π
