I’m Joonas, CEO & Founder of MeetingPackage. Here at MeetingPackage, we are building the future of Group, Meetings & Events commerce for hotels, and AI is changing how products are designed, built, and launched, and the challenge is no longer just creating things. It is creating things that are consistently great. That is why we are looking for someone who can become the quality bar for the company and help define how MeetingPackage looks, feels, and behaves across product, marketing, and sales. You’ll work directly with the CEO & Founder and build real things from day one, with full ownership of what you build.

You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Finland. If you prefer a hybrid model, you can combine remote work with on-site collaboration at our lovely office in Espoo.  🌍

What you’ll actually do

Have end-to-end ownership of design work that improves how hotels, venues, and our own teams use the platform. That means you identify a problem, understand the workflow, propose a better experience, prototype it, and work with Product and Engineering to bring it to life. The job isn’t to “make things look nice.” 

The job is to build great product experiences, and design, AI, and prototyping tools are simply how you do it. They’re native to how you think, not something you add at the end. You’ll design both outward and inward. That means customer-facing product experiences that make complex hospitality workflows feel simple, and internal tools, templates, and systems that help our own team move faster and produce better work. If it solves a real problem, improves usability, or helps us build better, it matters. πŸš€

  • Design product experiences that solve real problems for hotels and venues globally, from concept to shipped experience
  • Improve existing workflows by simplifying complexity, reducing friction, and increasing usability and conversion
  • Go from idea to working prototype in hours or days using tools like Figma, Cursor, Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Lovable.
  • Build and maintain design systems, reusable patterns, UX standards, AI guardrails, and templates that help teams move faster with consistency.
  • Create sales collateral, launch assets, landing pages, presentations, campaigns, and event materials when they help move the business forward
  • Own the full cycle: identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, prototype, ship, observe, and iterate
  • Work directly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership, no silos, just outcomes
  • Help shape the future of our platform while improving the foundation that already supports the industry

  • Have exceptional taste and notice the details others miss, whether it’s in a product flow, a visual decision, a piece of copy, or how something feels to use
  • Use AI daily, not because someone told you to, but because it’s already part of how you think, learn, design, and build
  • Love technology and are genuinely curious about new tools, products, models, workflows, and ways of making things faster and better
  • Learn incredibly fast and don’t wait for perfect instructions before figuring things out
  • Take ownership naturally, spot problems, suggest improvements, and keep pushing until something is better than it was before
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can make progress even when the brief is messy, incomplete, or still changing
  • Want responsibility early and are excited by the idea of having real impact, not just completing small assigned tasks
  • Want to build, whether that means product experiences, prototypes, design systems, internal tools, templates, campaigns, or concepts
  • Care more about what you’ve made than what your CV says. You might be studying, self-taught, early in your career, or already have a few years of experience. That’s completely fine. We care far more about potential, energy, taste, and execution than years of experience.
  • Are based in Finland with a valid work permit
