Telgea is building the worlds first global telecom operator.

Telgea Business simplifies international mobile connectivity for multinational businesses by integrating country-specific mobile networks into a unified platform: one contract, one bill, global coverage. We eliminate the complexity of managing multiple telecom vendors, so businesses can reduce costs and stop wrestling with carrier relationships across their global workforce.

Telgea Headless gives brands and operators ability to sell connectivity abroad without the telecom complexity.

We're a team of 20 people working in a mix of remote and in our Stockholm office. We service almost 100 enterprises and are growing with +30% MoM.

What the role actually is

You will act as a vital bridge connecting customer needs, technical execution, and business goals, determining why, what, and when a product should be built and collaborating with engineering on how to build it. Your main objective is to execute on the product vision by taking problems and managing them until it becomes an implemented solution that helps us increase our commercial success. That means doing the research, writing the specs, building the POC with AI, owning the roadmap, and being accountable for ensuring the product actually solves the problem. 

You'll be working together with our other product manager and Engineering team to constantly increase the momentum we release solutions to our customers' problems. That means agreeing on who owns what, staying aligned without over-coordinating, and being someone your counterpart can rely on. You will be measured on the speed you help bring solutions from problem to implemented.

We don't run lengthy requirements processes. We write specs when they add value and ship in small increments. We expect PMs to validate ideas before engineering picks them up: that means designing the UI and vibe-coding a working PoC to test assumptions quickly before committing to a build. If you can't describe how you would do that, this role will be a stretch.

2. Data-driven decision making: You define metrics before building, run experiments, and present findings to any audience.

3. Deep customer empathy: You talk to customers directly and frequently no sales chaperone needed and turn what you hear into product decisions.

4. Exceptional communication: You adapt your message to any audience and act as the product's single source of truth across all stakeholders.

5. Disciplined execution: You keep projects on track with clear milestones and owners, and call it out when something is slipping.

6. AI-native builder: You use AI tools daily and can go from customer conversation to working prototype within the week.

7. Bias to action: You don't wait for perfect information when blockers appear, you address them head-on and keep momentum intact.
