Hi there! 👋 I'm Can, Director of Engineering and Product at MeetingPackage. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Core Product team (aka Applications team) who has strong product judgment, hotel industry knowledge, and an AI-native mindset.

This is a hands-on product role where you will own product development for our Application area, the parts of MeetingPackage used by hotel and venue users, customers, Sales Managers, and internal teams. You will work closely with engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders to turn real customer needs into clear priorities, practical solutions, and impactful product improvements.

Our team includes me, seven Engineers, and a Product Manager. Our overall Product & Engineering team consists of over 25 engineers distributed across Europe. Our team focuses on solving customer problems firsthand, whether that means improving something we already have or building something entirely from scratch. The work has a direct line to customer satisfaction and business results, so you'll always see the impact of what you build.

In this role, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Europe. In this role, you will

• Own and develop the product roadmap for the Application area
• Build and maintain quarterly product roadmaps and support roadmap-based resource planning
• Manage backlog prioritization, triage, projects, and initiatives in Linear
• Turn customer needs and business goals into a clear product direction
• Work closely with Engineering on prioritization and execution
• Communicate with engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Join selected customer calls to understand problems, demo solutions, and validate direction
• Work with customers such as hotel chains and venue users to understand real operational needs
• Creating, improving, and enforcing product ways of working across teams
• Ensure consistency in how backlogs, roadmaps, tools, and planning processes are used
• Bring AI tools and AI-native thinking into product discovery, prioritization, and execution

You’ll feel at home if you have

• Strong product management experience in a SaaS or hotel technology environment
• A solid understanding of hotel operations and hotel systems
• Experience working with hotel customers, venue users, or sales and catering workflows
• Strong ownership and the ability to take solutions from idea to delivery
• The ability to create solutions from scratch based on customer needs
• Clear communication skills with both customers and engineers
• Confidence joining customer calls, asking good questions, and demoing solutions
• Experience with backlog prioritization and roadmap building
• Experience working with tools such as Linear or similar product/project management tools
• An agile product management mindset
• An engineering or technical background, or strong ability to work closely with technical teams
• Interest in, and practical use of, AI tools in daily product work

• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
• Are already based in Europe with a valid work permit in the country of residence.
