Planck Technologies is building the AI platform for materials and systems co-design. We design advanced materials and the engineering systems they sit inside as a single problem — searching across combinations of material and system that step-by-step design never reaches.
We apply this to gas-handling challenges across energy and industry: CO₂ capture, methane and biomethane storage, biogas upgrading, gas separation and purification, gas conversion, and thermal management. Founded by energy-industry PhDs, we hold a prime contract with the European Space Agency, have delivered a project for a Schlumberger company, and work with leading research institutions.
We're hiring our first Head of Growth & Partnerships to own how Planck goes to market and builds the relationships that turn our technology into commercial projects and revenue. You'll combine two things that are tightly linked at our stage — driving commercial growth (customers, projects, revenue) and forging strategic partnerships across industry, and the wider ecosystem. You'll work directly with the CEO and founding team, and shape Planck's commercial engine from the ground up.
Build and convert our pipeline of customers and projects across industry and the public sector
Define and drive our go-to-market: positioning, target segments, and how we win
Develop strategic partnerships — industrial, research, and ecosystem — that open new applications and markets
Own commercial relationships end to end, from first contact to signed agreement, across SaaS subscriptions and technology licensing
Represent Planck to partners and customers and at industry events
Partner with our technical team, who lead the technical and proposal work, and with the CEO on strategic and investor relationships as we grow
A strong commercial track record in deeptech, energy, climate, industrial, or engineering-led B2B — building pipeline and closing complex, technical deals
Experience developing partnerships that create real commercial value
Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and a talent for translating deep technology into clear value
Strategic and hands-on — happy to set direction and do the work in a small team
Excellent communicator in English; Norwegian or other European languages a plus
Bonus: an existing network in our target sectors, or experience with public-sector or innovation funding
A senior, high-ownership role shaping the commercial side of a deeptech company from the start
A mix of salary plus equity — you share directly in the value you help build
Direct work with the founding team and a real voice in company direction
A mission with impact: cleaner, smarter materials and systems for the energy transition
