It's a remote role, so you work where you like, with some travel to meet clients when it counts.

A modest basic so you're never desperate, uncapped commission on every deal you close, and a residual on every client you keep. The harder and smarter you sell, the more you earn. No ceiling.

Your strongest cards when you sell:
Fixed price, fixed timeline. No "it depends." Customers get one price and one date, agreed up front. That certainty closes deals.
A 90-day performance guarantee. If it doesn't do what we agreed, we make it right. You sell with confidence, not crossed fingers.
Low-risk ways in. We can start a customer small, with an audit or a quick win, to prove value before they commit to anything big. That removes the biggest barrier to a yes.
Real engineering behind it. You're not selling a template anyone could knock together. You're selling systems most businesses can't build themselves, and that story sells.
Low floor, no ceiling. We keep the basic modest and put the real money in commission, because we want partners who'd rather earn €5,000 in a strong month than collect a flat €3,000 either way.
There are three ways you're paid. A basic salary of €2,000 a month gives you a steady floor so you can focus on selling, not surviving. A build commission of 15% is paid on every project you close, uncapped. And a recurring residual of 15% of the monthly care fee is paid on every client you land, for the full life of the account, every month they stay with us.
On top of that, your base rises 5% guaranteed every year, plus up to a further 15% on performance, so up to a 20% rise in a strong year.
The build commission is a great pay-day. The recurring residual is what builds real wealth. Every client you land pays you month after month, year after year, for as long as they stay and you're with Vtero. You're not starting from zero each month, you're building on top of everything you closed before.
Picture a deliberately modest pace: three €4,000 chatbots a month, our cheapest product, each on a €95 care plan, clients looked after and retained. By month 1 you have 3 clients on your book and earn around €3,840 that month. By month 6, 18 clients and around €4,060. By month 12, 36 clients and around €4,310. By month 24, 72 clients and around €4,830 every month.
Across two years that's roughly €56,000 in commission on top of your base, and you reach month 24 with a book of 72 clients paying you over €12,000 a year in residual before you sell a single thing the next month. With the base included, that's around €104,000 earned over two years, built from the smallest deal we sell.
And that's the floor. It assumes you only ever sell each client one entry-level chatbot. Sell a voice agent, automation, custom software, or a full solution, or sell a client more than once, and you comfortably exceed these numbers.
