About the internship

We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our sales team in Stockholm as part of a formal education program, such as a YH education, a university program or other studies that include an internship or LIA period.

This is a sales-only internship focused on practical experience in B2C & B2B sales, customer communication, lead handling, CRM work and sales operations. You will work closely with the sales team and support the sales process. From qualifying incoming leads to following up with prospects and supporting customer communication.

The internship is based in person at Exxentric AB's Stockholm office, with some hybrid work possible depending on tasks and study schedule. The internship must be connected to your ongoing education or studies. We prioritize internship periods of around 6 months, but shorter periods may also be considered, with a minimum of 3 months depending on the candidate, education requirements and timing. The internship may also be split into separate periods if required by the student’s education.


Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Handle and follow up on inbound customer leads through CRM, email, phone, website forms and other sales channels.

  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs.

  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships together with the sales team.

  • Help potential customers understand which Exxentric equipment may fit their specific needs.

  • Create and send quotes and supporting documentation through internal systems.

  • Support Sales Managers with larger customer accounts, teams and sales projects.

  • Assist with customer inquiries related to orders, product information, payments and delivery status.

  • Keep CRM data updated, structured and accurate.

  • Participate in sales and operations meetings.

  • Support preparation for customer meetings, product demonstrations, events and exhibitions when relevant.


Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, communicative and eager to learn sales in a real business environment. You should be:

  • Currently enrolled in an education or study program where internship/LIA is part of the curriculum.

  • Able to complete at least 6 months of internship in total, either continuously or split into separate LIA periods if required by your school.

  • Able to work primarily in person from Exxentric AB's Stockholm office, with some hybrid work possible when suitable.

  • Interested in B2C & B2B sales, business development, customer relationships, fitness, sports, health or strength training.

  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.

  • Swedish or another language is a plus.

  • Organized, proactive and willing to take responsibility.

  • Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems, AI tools, spreadsheets, presentations and email.

  • Interested in learning how a sales team works in practice.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, sports or health is a plus, but not required.
