⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a 100% commission-based role. No base salary. Stable performers earn DKK 50,000-70,000/month (~EUR 6,700-9,400). Top performers exceed that with no ceiling.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to closed deal. As our B2B Sales Representative, you become a specialist in identifying companies' recruitment challenges and positioning TalentIQ's AI platform as the answer.

This is a self-driven role where you manage your own pipeline and income. You will receive thorough onboarding, ongoing sparring, and access to professional sales materials.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Outbound B2B sales via phone, LinkedIn, and digital channels

- Identify and qualify potential customers in your local market (DK, SE, or DE)

- Conduct needs assessments and advise on recruitment optimization

- Present TalentIQ's AI solutions through online demos

- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently (DKK 4,900 - 100,000+ per deal)

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up on leads

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH

- Proven B2B sales or appointment-setting experience (minimum 2 years)

- Fluent English plus your local language (Danish, Swedish, or German depending on your market)

- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management

- Interest in technology, AI, and digital solutions

- Self-driven work style with high accountability

- Professional demeanor in customer dialogue

- Comfort with commission-based income (no base salary)
