As we scale toward 2027, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Success Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing the journey for our partners—ensuring their presence at GoWest is seamless, high-quality, and impactful.

The Role

As Partnership Success Coordinator, you are the guardian of the partner experience. You ensure that every partner engagement—from onboarding to on-site execution—meets a premium standard and aligns with GoWest’s ambition.

Place

You’ll work from our centrally located office and co-working space in Gothenburg, alongside the core GoWest team.

Your responsibilities

Content Coordination Manage partner visibility across digital and physical assets, ensuring all deliverables, branding, and deadlines are met.
On-Site Execution Take a leading role during the event, supporting partners in real-time and ensuring all activations run smoothly.
Activation Planning Support planning and execution of partner activations, exhibitions, and tailored setups on-site.
Onboarding & Tools Coordinate partner onboarding and manage event platforms (e.g., Brella), ensuring partners are fully prepared ahead of the event.

Strong Communicator You communicate clearly and professionally in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
Digitally Fluent You are comfortable working with tools like Slack, Canva—or quick to learn.
Proactive Doer You take initiative, solve problems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Service-Oriented You understand that great experiences are built through attention to detail and responsiveness.
