About the Role

We are looking for a practical, driven, and independent Account Executive to accelerate our growth and new customer acquisition in the Benelux market. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, positioning ONEiO as a provider of high-value managed integrations to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and enterprise organizations.

You will play a pivotal part in our market expansion by identifying prospects, navigating complex buying committees, and closing deals that solve the operational burdens of complex integrations across service ecosystems. This is a high-impact position where you can directly influence our regional execution strategy and contribute to the core growth of our sales organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Execute a focused, data-driven sales strategy to acquire new logos across enterprise and mid-market segments in the Benelux market.

  • Pipeline Generation: Proactively build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through both outbound and inbound channels, including calls, emails, events, and social media.

  • Consultative Selling: Lead engaging customer meetings and workshops tailored to each prospect's operational environment, using a value-based approach focused on cost reduction, scalability, and efficiency.

  • End-to-End Deal Management: Navigate multiple stakeholders and complex buying committees, managing the entire sales process fluidly from qualification to negotiation and final handover.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Partner Teams, and Expert Services to qualify leads, build account plans, and ensure customer success from day one.

  • Market Insight: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor offerings, and shifts within the ITSM, SIAM, and managed services landscape, feeding valuable insights back to our product and leadership teams.

What We Are Looking For

  • Domain Expertise: 3+ years of experience within IT outsourcing, managed services, service integration, ITSM, or iPaaS environments. You thoroughly understand the operational burden of complex enterprise ecosystems.

  • Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success selling complex services or managed solutions to senior business or IT buyers through a consultative, value-led methodology. (Note: This is not a role for pure product/license sellers; you must be comfortable selling services and driving your own pipeline ).

  • Language Fluency: Fluent, professional-level written and spoken skills in both Dutch and English are strictly required.

  • Strategic & Commercial Mindset: The ability to navigate enterprise sales cycles while maintaining deal velocity, tracking pipeline goals, and delivering forecast accuracy. Vertical coverage in Banking, Pharma, Retail, or Insurance, along with an established business network in Benelux, is a major advantage.

  • Competitive Compensation: A market-competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus a performance-driven commission model tied directly to closed Net ARR.
