Strategic Client Growth & Revenue Expansion: You'll build lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients. Your expertise will guide them toward success, driving retention, and strategically identifying opportunities to expand their use of Custobar and supercharge their revenue streams. Our office is located in Espoo, Finland. While we support a hybrid work model with flexible remote options, please note that this is not a fully remote position. The team meets on-site weekly at our Espoo office. Additionally, this role requires frequent travel to Germany and the rest of Europe.
Passion for retail omnichannel business and the CDP software landscape.
Proven experience (+2 years) in key account management and sales, with a track record of increasing client revenue, driving client satisfaction, and retention.
Exceptional skills in usage of AI
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate commercial discussions with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess client needs, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
A proactive, sales-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
You are not afraid to speak nerd. You enjoy diving into how software works, understanding data flows, and collaborating closely with developers and support teams.
Fluency in English and German is required for this role.
Understanding of Finnish is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with the DACH e-commerce ecosystem is considered an advantage.
