The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner our customers trust to help them achieve their goals. Your mission goes far beyond traditional support, you will enable our users to drive real business outcomes and accelerate the global transition to solar energy.
To thrive here, you should be deeply customer-centric and commercially minded. We believe that retention and growth happen naturally when customers see undeniable value; Your job will be to consistently help them realize that impact. In this role, building genuine relationships goes hand-in-hand with driving revenue growth.
Because most of our customers are international, we’d love to hear from candidates who are fluent in German in addition to English.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Outcome-Driven Journey: Take accountability for the customer relationship from onboarding through to renewal. You will deeply understand their unique pain points, maximize product adoption, and ensure they are consistently hitting their business goals

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Proactively identify, navigate, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing Glint Solar to new teams and divisions within your account base

  • Act as a Thought Leader: Deliver value during every interaction. You will develop and deliver data-driven presentations using platform insights to engage and influence stakeholders at every level, from operational teams to the C-suite

  • Proactively Manage Account Health: Monitor usage metrics and customer sentiment to catch risks early, optimize their product setup, and turn potential roadblocks into loyalty-building moments

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Work closely with our internal teams to translate customer feedback, technical needs, and feature requests into insights that directly shape our product roadmap and priorities

  • Scale the Function: Contribute to the creation of playbooks, content, and processes that help the CS team scale as Glint Solar grows.

Who You Are

  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on solving problems and helping customers succeed. You enjoy meeting customers where they are — whether through digital meetings, conferences, webinars, podcasts, or other channels we use to engage with our customers.

  • Industry experience — absolutely. We’d love to welcome someone with experience from the “other side” — for example, someone who has worked as a developer or in a similar technical role. Experience from comparable SaaS companies would also be highly valuable.

  • Someone who communicates with clarity and empathy — listening just as well as you speak.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to adapt and figure things out along the way.

  • Data-savvy enough to identify patterns, track outcomes, and advocate for customer needs based on insights and evidence.

  • Fluent in both German and English.
