About the role

Rackbuddy designs and manufactures high-quality Scandinavian wardrobes and storage solutions – from minimalist clothing racks to complete storage systems for hotels, retail stores, and facility management companies. We are looking for self-driven sales representatives to help grow our business across Europe on a fully commission-based structure. Project orders typically range from €2,700 to €135,000 excl. VAT, and your commission scales directly with the order size. You set your own hours and pace – your earnings reflect your results.

What you will do

  • Identify and approach potential clients – primarily facility managers, hotels, retail stores, showrooms, restaurants, offices but also private clients with larger projects in search of wardrobe and storage

  • Conduct sales conversations, present the product range, and close project orders

  • Build relationships with decision-makers in B2B – priority target due to order size

  • Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth customer experience through to delivery

  • Report sales activity and pipeline on an ongoing basis


What can you earn? – Commission examples

20% commission on all revenue you generate, excl. VAT


Small projects €2,700 your commission €540

Typical B2B orders €20,000 your commission €4,000

Larger hotel project €135,000 your commission €27,000

We are looking for you who

  • Have documented sales experience – ideally within furniture, interior design, facility, or B2B

  • Speak one or more of our market languages: Danish, Swedish, German, French, or Dutch

  • Are self-motivated and thrive with autonomy

  • Understand B2B sales and can navigate longer decision-making processes in project sales

  • Are registered as self-employed or a freelancer (invoicing required)

  • As a Rackbuddy sales representative, we expect you to present yourself and our products professionally and with respect for the values and aesthetics that define Rackbuddy.


Practical details

  • Collaboration: Self-employed consultant/freelancer

  • Commission: 20% of all revenue generated excl. VAT

  • Order sizes: €2,700 – €135,000 excl. VAT

  • Payout: Monthly upon delivered orders

  • Start: As soon as possible
