As a backend engineer, you will play an important role in both building new features and improving the foundation of our existing software. We are looking for someone who can make the right trade-offs between pragmatism, delivery speed, and long-term scalability.
The ideal candidate will provide a crucial balance of essential development principles:
Pragmatism: Ensuring solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
Development Speed: Maintaining a high velocity of delivery without sacrificing code quality.
Scalability Expertise: Introducing and championing architectural patterns and solutions that ensure our platform can handle significant growth and increased load efficiently.
You will have a direct influence on our technical direction, development process, and product evolution, primarily focused on .NET development within a complex payroll domain.
