We’re looking for two Part-time Customer Service Coordinators to join Oda!

The position requires providing excellent customer service via telephone, chat, and email, while also offering data and insights to support operations, commercial, and marketing teams. The focus includes actively contributing ideas and insights to reduce customer inquiries and friction, emphasizing a commitment to continual improvement in customer service and experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Coordinator

  • Provide our customers with amazing customer service and experience.

  • Answer customer inquiries by telephone, chat, and e-mail.

  • Support operations, commercial and marketing teams with data and insight regarding our customers.

  • Contribute to the company with insight, ideas, and improvement points in order to reduce customer inquiries and friction.

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

  • You have experience working with customer service or other positions with extensive customer interaction.

  • Experience in the dialogue with customers.

  • You are customer and market-oriented, preferably with an interest in technology and retail.

  • Speak and write fluently in Norwegian and English.

Practical Information

  • Percentage: 50% FTE

  • Location: Kjølberggata 31, 0653 Oslo

Working hours:

Weekday Shift: 1 or 2 evening shifts per week (Mo - Fr; 14:00 – 22:00).

Weekend Turnus: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Morning Shift: 08:00/09:00 – 16:00/17:00 or
Evening Shift: 13:00 – 21:00


Schedule Structure:

  • Week 1 & 3: 1 Weekday + Weekend Shift

  • Week 2 & 4: 2 Weekdays
