We're looking for a driven, organised, and curious person to join our Finance & Operations team in Stockholm.
You'll play a key role in keeping our core processes running smoothly while getting a front-row seat to how a fast-growing SaaS company really operates. The role blends real day-to-day ownership with the chance to take on bigger challenges as you grow. With a small team, your work will be noticed from day one - and your ideas can quickly turn into action.
This is a part-time internship (~15h/week) that offers the kind of varied, hands-on experience that typically takes years to get in a traditional company. Starting August 2026, and based in Stockholm.
What you'll do
Finance
Identify and improve manual processes through smarter use of Excel and AI tools
Manage customer and supplier invoicing and handle day-to-day financial administration
Support the monthly closing process, including KPI dashboards, and revenue recognition
Customer support queries related to finance

Operations
Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives
Maintain and update internal policies (equipment, expenses, background checks, and more)
Execute office operations: purchasing, vendor liaison, and keeping the workplace functional and enjoyable
Plan and run internal events, from weekly fikas to the Christmas party
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
