We're looking for a driven, organised, and curious person to join our Finance & Operations team in Stockholm.

You'll play a key role in keeping our core processes running smoothly while getting a front-row seat to how a fast-growing SaaS company really operates. The role blends real day-to-day ownership with the chance to take on bigger challenges as you grow. With a small team, your work will be noticed from day one - and your ideas can quickly turn into action.

This is a part-time internship (~15h/week) that offers the kind of varied, hands-on experience that typically takes years to get in a traditional company. Starting August 2026, and based in Stockholm.

What you'll do

Finance

  • Identify and improve manual processes through smarter use of Excel and AI tools

  • Manage customer and supplier invoicing and handle day-to-day financial administration

  • Support the monthly closing process, including KPI dashboards, and revenue recognition

  • Customer support queries related to finance

  • And more

Operations

  • Support the leadership team with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives

  • Maintain and update internal policies (equipment, expenses, background checks, and more)

  • Execute office operations: purchasing, vendor liaison, and keeping the workplace functional and enjoyable

  • Plan and run internal events, from weekly fikas to the Christmas party

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding

  • And more
