We are growing and the people we bring in will shape what we become. That’s why this role is so important.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and People Ops Coordinator who wants to take ownership, build strong relationships, and be part of creating a company that’s scaling internationally, with a culture people genuinely enjoy being part of.
This is not a narrow coordination role.
You will operate across talent acquisition, events, culture, and HR, with real ownership and visibility. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership, influencing decisions and raising the bar on how we attract and engage talent.
You will be expected to:
Drive quality, not just process
Challenge stakeholders, not just support them
Take initiative, not wait for direction
In short: you’ll help professionalize and scale how we hire and grow.
Coordinate and drive recruitment processes end-to-end
Create a smooth, professional, and welcoming candidate experience
Work closely with hiring managers and challenge when needed to improve hiring decisions
Support and develop how we attract and assess talent
Plan and run talent events (e.g. meetups, candidate events, employer branding activities)
Support internal events that bring people together and strengthen culture
Make sure events feel thoughtful, well-executed, and genuinely engaging
Support and contribute to building a strong, down-to-earth culture
Own People Operations across the full spectrum: contracts, HR queries
Manage and improve HR systems, digital workflows
Be a trusted People advisor across the entire organisation
Support office experience and day-to-day operations
Assist in developing and improving HR processes
Take ownership of tasks and projects, especially where structure is still evolving
High expectations, high impact: your work directly affects company performance
International scale-up journey: you will help build teams across markets
Steep learning curve through exposure across TA, HR, culture, and operations
Strong leadership support from an HR Manager who invests in high performers
You have worked in a TA coordination role for a couple of years
You are structured and reliable, and you follow through on what you start
You are a strong relationship builder, people feel comfortable working with you
You are a problem solver who looks for ways to make things better
You take initiative and don’t wait for perfect instructions
You are comfortable asking questions and challenging to improve outcomes
You enjoy being part of something growing and contributing proactively
This role is for someone who wants to be in the middle of the action, building teams, shaping culture, and helping Tendium scale internationally.
It’s not for everyone.
But if you’re ambitious, sharp, and ready to raise the bar, this is a place where you can learn a lot and get to do your best work.
