Kanpla is on a mission to digitalise contract catering, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Lead to help ensure value and growth for our UK customer base – with a strong focus on the Corporate (Business & Industry) contract catering sector 🇬🇧
This role is ideal for someone who thrives close to customers, enjoys complexity, and wants real ownership in a scaling SaaS business.
What started as a school project has grown into a leading digital solution for canteens, with 600,000+ users and a fast-expanding footprint across Europe. Backed by a Dutch VC, we’re scaling quickly and investing heavily in our UK presence.
You’ll work with some of the most innovative contract caterers in the B&I sector and play a hands-on role in shaping how digital solutions are used across some of the most recognised companies in the world.
As a Customer Success Lead, you’ll be a key driver of customer adoption, operational success, and long-term partnerships. You’ll support customers to realise ongoing value from Kanpla, driving adoption, performance, and long-term success. Acting as a trusted partner and the face of Kanpla in the UK, you’ll help clients optimise day-to-day operations, strengthen engagement, and grow over time.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and room to grow.
Own a portfolio of UK customers, primarily in the B&I contract catering sector, with accountability for retention, growth, and long-term success
Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to customers
Drive customer adoption, success, and satisfaction across the full lifecycle
Support and help execute the UK Customer Success strategy
Work closely with the International Go-To-Market and Global Customer Success teams
Support strong handovers from Delivery (Onboarding team) into ongoing success, ensuring continued momentum
Represent Kanpla on-site with customers when needed

A proactive, energetic, and curious mindset
High ownership and confidence managing customer relationships
At least 5+ year experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
Experience working with contract catering and/or similar sectors
Comfortable with complexity and customer-facing problem solving
A good understanding of SaaS and a tech-savvy approach.
