We’re now looking for a Marketing Developer (AI) -  someone who sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing. This is not a traditional marketing role. You’ll be exploring what’s possible with AI for marketing features - developing AI-powered workflows, taking ownership of SEO, supporting creative production and coming up with new initiatives to support our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale AI-powered marketing pipelines - from idea to execution (content generation, automation, distribution)

  • Design and implement n8n workflows to automate repetitive marketing tasks, connect tools, and improve speed across SEO, ASO, and content production

  • Develop and experiment with AI systems for content creation - including video generation, ad creatives, product visuals, and social content

  • Own and evolve Blidz’s SEO strategy - keyword research, programmatic content, landing page generation, and continuous optimization

  • Drive ASO and keyword optimization across app stores - testing metadata, creatives, and conversion improvements

  • Rapidly prototype and deploy new AI use cases that improve user acquisition and reporting

  • Create and iterate on video and creative outputs using AI tools (UGC-style ads, demos, explainers)

  • Continuously test, measure, and refine workflows based on performance data

  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and integrate them into Blidz’s growth stack before competitors do


Requirements

  • Cultural fit

  • Technical mindset - you understand how software is built (APIs, basic coding, AI tools, automation)

  • Comfortable building prototypes, scripts and dashboards yourself 

  • You naturally think in workflows and use cases and not just features 

  • Quick learner with a curiosity for emerging technologies

  • Curious, proactive, and already exploring AI tools and trends on your own

  • You don’t wait for briefs - you find opportunities

  • Fluency in English

  • Great communication skills


Bonus points from

  • Experience in the startup environment

  • Experience / understanding of the game industry or relevant IT sectors

  • Background in growth, product marketing, or development

  • Previous exposure to eCommerce
