We’re looking for a hands-on operator to take a central role in growing GoMore in Estonia. This is not a “coordinate and report” role. This is a doer role: you’ll be on the frontlines—closing supply, supporting customers, solving problems, building partnerships and pushing the market forward every single day.

GoMore is Europe’s leading peer-to-peer car-sharing platform, helping over 3 million people share cars across seven countries.
Our mission is simple: help people share more cars—reducing the number of privately owned vehicles, lowering emissions, and making cities more livable. In doing so, we make car access more affordable and turn idle cars into a source of income.

This role combines sales, operations, customer care, and market development into one. You’ll have the backing and support of your team—but you’re trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and move things forward independently.
1. Drive Supply Growth (Car Owners)
Reach out to leads and convert them into active car owners
Push through objections and get cars live on the platform
Identify local growth opportunities and act on them fast
2. Deliver High-Quality Customer Care
Support renters and owners with empathy and clarity
Solve issues fast and take ownership end-to-end
Turn problems into positive experiences
3. Execute Daily Operations
Handle bookings, issues, and edge cases hands-on
Make decisions independently
Keep the market running smoothly, even under pressure
4. Help us Acquire CustomersÂ
Support partnerships and local initiatives
Contribute to Estonian-facing content and messaging
Bring local insight into how we win in Estonia

Represent GoMore in the Estonian market
Turn first-time users into repeat customers by building trust through a customer experience never seen before in Estonia
Identify friction points in the customer journey and fix them with our process/product teams to increase trust and conversion

Full-time (37.5h/week)
Location: Helsinki (GoMore's Kamppi office).
This is an office-based role. After onboarding (typically 1–3 months), you can work remotely up to 2 days per week, depending on your tasks and team needs.
