🚀 Estonian Market Specialist 

Are you the kind of person who makes growth happen?

We’re looking for a hands-on operator to take a central role in growing GoMore in Estonia. This is not a “coordinate and report” role. This is a doer role: you’ll be on the frontlines—closing supply, supporting customers, solving problems, building partnerships and pushing the market forward every single day.

GoMore is Europe’s leading peer-to-peer car-sharing platform, helping over 3 million people share cars across seven countries.

Our mission is simple: help people share more cars—reducing the number of privately owned vehicles, lowering emissions, and making cities more livable. In doing so, we make car access more affordable and turn idle cars into a source of income.

Estonia is our newest market, and we’re still early. That’s exactly why this role matters.


What This Role Actually Is

You are the driver who moves this market forward. .

That means:

  • You talk to customers daily

  • You convert hesitant car owners into active earners

  • You fix operational issues before they escalate

  • You spot growth opportunities and act on them immediately

  • You bring local insight and contribute to our marketing efforts throughout the funnel

This role combines sales, operations, customer care, and market development into one. You’ll have the backing and support of your team—but you’re trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and move things forward independently.


What You’ll Do

1. Drive Supply Growth (Car Owners)

  • Reach out to leads and convert them into active car owners

  • Push through objections and get cars live on the platform

  • Identify local growth opportunities and act on them fast

2. Deliver High-Quality Customer Care

  • Support renters and owners with empathy and clarity

  • Solve issues fast and take ownership end-to-end

  • Turn problems into positive experiences

3. Execute Daily Operations

  • Handle bookings, issues, and edge cases hands-on

  • Make decisions independently

  • Keep the market running smoothly, even under pressure

4. Help us Acquire Customers 

  • Support partnerships and local initiatives

  • Contribute to Estonian-facing content and messaging

  • Bring local insight into how we win in Estonia

5. Build Local Market Presence & Trust 

  • Represent GoMore in the Estonian market

  • Turn first-time users into repeat customers by building trust through a customer experience never seen before in Estonia

  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and fix them with our process/product teams to increase trust and conversion


What We’re Looking For

Hands-on customer operator with a strong drive to actively create growth—not just support it

  • Relentless executor: You get things done

  • Commercial mindset: You know that results don’t happen by chance—you focus on the activities that actually drive growth

  • Customer-obsessed: You genuinely care about solving people’s problems

  • Resilient: You handle rejection, direct communication, debate, pressure, and ambiguity without slowing down

  • Hands-on: You’re equally comfortable answering emails, support tickets and handling payments, as well as closing deals - by whatever channel gets the thing done the best.

  • Strong communicator: Fluent Estonian + English, clear and direct

Bonus if you:

  • Have demonstrated the ability to consistently deliver measurable results in sales, operations, or customer-facing roles

  • Understand marketplace dynamics (supply vs. demand)

  • Have worked in a fast-paced, doer-mentality and high-ownership driven startup or scaleup environment

Hiring Process

  • Intro call (30 min) Quick screening focused on baseline fit

  • Live interview + case exercise (on-site in Helsinki) Deep dive into how you think, prioritize, and execute. You’ll also meet part of the local team

  • Culture discussion (final round) In-depth discussion with your leader. Focus on how you work: ownership, pace, handling pressure, and team fit. This is a two-way conversation to ensure mutual alignment

  • Final decision within days—not weeks


Practical Details

  • Full-time (37.5h/week)

  • Location: Helsinki (GoMore's Kamppi office).

    • This is an office-based role. After onboarding (typically 1–3 months), you can work remotely up to 2 days per week, depending on your tasks and team needs.

  • Start: During the summer of 2026
