As our new Enterprise Business Consultant for the Spanish market, you will play an important role in connecting our workforce management solution with the day-to-day needs of Spanish enterprise customers. You will lead complex implementation projects, support existing enterprise customers in finding scalable and standardised solutions and act as a key link between the Spanish market and the wider organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical implementation with customer collaboration. You will work with API integrations and systems setup, partner with senior stakeholders, contribute to solution-oriented discussions and help build strong customer relationships.
Manage implementation projects for complex Spanish customers and help keep progress, scope, and timelines on track.
Constructively challenge customers’ assumptions when needed, always with the goal of helping them achieve the best possible outcome.
Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts.
Facilitate customer meetings and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support complex setups and integrations while helping promote scalable, standardised solutions.
Share knowledge across teams and help improve implementation quality and consistency in the Spanish market.
Fluency in Spanish and English at a professional business level is a must.
3+ years of project management experience with complex (ideally enterprise) customers in SaaS/software implementations or a similar customer-facing technical environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
Technical and integration acumen, with a solid understanding of APIs and how systems and standardised solutions fit together.
Industry experience from retail, supermarkets or hospitality is an advantage.
A clear and thoughtful communicator who builds strong relationships with different stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently, taking responsibility and navigating complexity with a steady approach.
Collaborative, pragmatic and solution-oriented in the way you work with others.
Curious and adaptable, with an interest in improving processes, systems and ways of working.
