The Revenue Marketing Germany team sits at the heart of our growth engine directly responsible for driving performance across the Micro Business, Small Business and Accounting (CPA) segments.
We work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Product, Growth and Partnerships, keeping segment focus sharp, go-to-market execution tight, and revenue impact measurable.
This is a high-expectation, fast-moving environment and you'd be joining at a significant moment. The role is a maternity cover, and the mission is clear: bring stability, structure and momentum at a time when it matters most.
You'll be the strategic architect of our brand voice, market presence, and content engine, reporting directly to senior leadership and working across every function that touches the outside world. Germany is a critical market for our growth, precise, trust-driven, and demanding of genuine substance over spin. You'll know exactly how to earn credibility there, and bring that same depth of market instinct to every other channel and audience we operate in.

Narrative & Messaging
Define and steward ICP-specific narrative pillars for each customer segment, ensuring messaging speaks precisely to the pain points, motivations, and language of our ideal buyers
Develop and govern a unified brand voice and tone framework, maintaining consistency across all content, channels, and customer communications
Act as the strategic bridge between Product Marketing and Sales, translating core positioning into compelling, segment-specific messaging frameworks that drive go-to-market alignment
PR & Media
Lead local media positioning for the German market, cultivating press relationships and securing high-impact coverage that builds category authority and market credibility
Social & Community
Own the social media strategy and editorial calendar, driving authentic audience engagement and building an active, loyal brand community
Content & SEO/GEO
Develop and execute a high-impact content programme mapped to the full funnel, optimised for both traditional search visibility and generative AI discoverability
Partner Visibility
Champion ecosystem and partnership storytelling through co-marketing assets and joint announcements that amplify reach and reinforce positioning across the market
Minimum 6+ years of experience in content, communications, or brand strategy, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
Exceptional writing and storytelling ability across a diverse range of formats, channels, and audiences
Strong command of SEO, GEO, and content-led growth strategies, with a proven ability to drive organic visibility and audience acquisition
Demonstrated experience managing PR and media relationships, alongside end-to-end content workflows and editorial operations
A data-driven approach to decision-making, balanced with a strong creative instinct and an eye for compelling, differentiated content
Native in German, with full professional fluency in English as the ability to craft compelling, nuanced content in both languages is essential
