The role

As Head of AI, you’ll lead the charge in building AI as a core business area in our consulting firm. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to help clients improve and automate processes with AI, educating stakeholders at all levels, and leading complex AI and data-driven projects, with GenAI as the foundation.

You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business teams to make our clients truly AI-driven; running workshops, doing deep-dive analyses, and guiding implementations from product integration to user training.

You’ll also play a key role in making our own company more AI-driven, because we believe in practicing what we preach.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you're expected to own projects from idea to delivery, apply both technical and business know-how, support our sales efforts, and share your expertise inside and outside the company. You’ll report directly to the CEO.

Who you are

• 3+ years working with AI/GenAI in a production environment.

• A background as a software engineer, data scientist, or similar.

• Hands-on knowledge with GenAI, ML, RAG, and whatever acronym comes next.

• Track record of taking complex data projects from zero to production.

• Fluent translator between business goals and engineering realities.

• Confident communicator, speaker and a natural leader, in Swedish and English.

• MSc or PhD in Math, Engineering, Physics, or similar.

• An interest in entrepreneurship and tech.

• Located in Stockholm.
