What You’ll Do.

As a Senior engineer, responsibility includes shaping the technical vision and architecture of platform domains with a strong focus on:

• Designing and evolving scalable, high-performance system in Go

• Driving system design decisions that support both single-tenant and multi-tenant architectures at scale

• Unifying and improving infrastructure and services to enable efficient scaling and reliability

• Driving AI-assisted engineering practices, including agentic coding and tool creation

• Partnering with Engineering and Product Managers to define the technical roadmap and future platform capabilities

What We’re Looking For.

• Proven experience designing, building and operating complex distributed systems

• Strong expertise in Go and backend engineering best practices

• Deep understanding of system design, scalability and performance optimization

• Proven ability to incorporate AI coding tools into development workflows while maintaining high standards of code quality and engineering discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in English, able to explain complex systems clearly

• Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality

• GraphQL experience is nice to have, but strong API design, backend fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important
