We're looking for an Accounting Manager to take full ownership of our bookkeeping and accounting function in Aarhus, maintaining accurate and compliant books, owning the chart of accounts, leading statutory audits, and ensuring the accounting infrastructure scales with the business.

Hands-on ownership of our accounting operations in Aarhus. You'll keep everything clean, lead our audits, and make sure the function scales with the company.

Bookkeeping, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations
Monthly and quarterly close and financial statements (DK GAAP / IFRS).
Manage payroll processing
Manage Tax and VAT filings
Build and improve accounting processes and structure
Audit management. Lead the process, own the auditor relationship
Crypto-specific accounting and reporting
You’ve been the sole person responsible for accounting before. You can prioritize on your own and don’t need detailed instructions.
3+ years in accounting or audit
Been hands-on in an accounting function
Solid on Danish accounting standards; IFRS is a plus
Led audits end-to-end
Startup, scale-up, or Big 4 background preferred
Fluent in English; Danish is a plus
Curious about crypto and fintech
Experience with Uniconta is a plus
