If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and share our passion for pushing boundaries, we’d love to hear from you.

The team

You’ll join the Ecosystems team, supporting the day‑to‑day running of our five Regional Leagues (EML, NAL, SAL, APL and CNL). As part of a small, collaborative group, you’ll be involved across planning, coordination and execution, with plenty of variety and a fast pace.

We work in an informal, inclusive environment where open communication and shared responsibility are core to how we operate. Everyone has a voice, and ideas are encouraged.

This role is organisation‑focused and detail‑driven, with a strong admin component. You’ll help keep processes smooth, stakeholders aligned and timelines on track — making sure nothing slips through the cracks and the team stays coordinated.

The Role

You’ll work as part of the Rainbow Six Ecosystems team, supporting the delivery of four Regional Leagues, two Majors and the Six Invitational each year. As Regional Coordinator, you’ll assist the Regional League Operations Manager with the administration and execution of the Regional Leagues, while also supporting administrative tasks across related Ecosystems departments such as League Operations.

You’ll play a key role in running online competitions and will act as a point of contact for our international broadcast partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively across multiple teams to support shifting deadlines and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Regional League Operations Manager and Tournament Operations Manager.

  • Document, maintain and improve workflows that support the output of the Regional Leagues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture detailed notes and share clear recaps or summaries with all relevant parties.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and escalate when needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • Support expense tracking and manage purchase orders for regional production partners, alternate language providers and BR6 on‑air crew.

  • 1-3 years of experience in project planning and coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and organising abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Proactive in coordinating with others to find solutions for challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Airtable, Pivot, SAP Concur, Slack, and Google Suite.
