As our Account Executive Germany, you're the maestro of our German sales symphony, blending your genuine sense for German business culture with a strategic mind that can see and solve the complex pain points of your prospects. You will work closely with the rest of our German team – from Marketing to Client Implementation.
Your job is to build and manage the German pipeline of prospects in German public and private organisations. In doing so, you will also get great exposure to the product-side of our business to become a true expert in Danish digital workplaces and how they can transform the way companies work digitally in your German home market.
Drive our sales efforts for the DACH-region by managing and growing a pipeline of high-ticket deals, mainly with public sector organisations.
Be a trusted advisor for the stakeholders you engage with and educate them on our social intranet solution.
Be the main contact person for our prospects until you hand them over to our implementation team.
Drive a variety of sales activities, initiating outbound and handling inbound.
Be responsible for answering German tenders.
Work on new opportunities together with our existing German partners.
Collaborate closely with your German colleagues from marketing, business development and client development.
Your daily workplace will be Aarhus, with occasional travel days to Germany a few times a year.

Native German speaker. Fluent in English. Danish is a plus, not a must.
You have already gathered your first few years of work experience, ideally in German sales or business development.
A drive to hit sales goals and move the needle with our German team.
An excellent understanding of technology and a willingness to learn about a complex product.
A people-person who enjoys to deep-dive with prospects into their situation and pain points and is comfortable leading the conversation and representing Colibo to our German audience.
An instinct for the right approach and tone in communication with German business customers.
A thorough approach to your work, spotting all the necessary details when answering tenders.
First experience from a the Danish or German software company is a great plus.
