We’re scaling across Europe, and our growth engine is humming and we’re now looking for a technically-minded Integration Specialist to join our team in Aarhus and help ensure our partners are seamlessly connected to our lead generation engine.
Karman Connect delivers stellar B2C leads and services across high-growth verticals like Telecom, Real Estate, Energy, Insurance, and Green Tech. As our new Integration Specialist, you will be the technical bridge between our partners and our services. You’ll ensure that every new partnership starts with a technical "win" by managing the integration process from start to finish.
The Build: You will manage the technical implementation of new customers to ensure a fully integrated, high-performing partnership.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve configuration issues, missing data from customers (or from our Partnership Managers).
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Product, and Sales team to share feedback and refine our technical onboarding process.
Documentation: Contribute to internal documentation and help refine the technical processes that enable Karman Connect’s - and our partners' - growth.
The ad hoc blackbox: E.g. assist our Partnership Managers following up on unpaid invoices. Enriching customer leads in our CRM etc.
Are a Problem Solver: You have a sharp analytical approach, structured and a passion for solving technical challenges.
Talk Tech: If you’ve experience with APIs and web technologies - it's a big plus.
Communicate: You solve problems by proactive communication by phone, mail and Slack to get things rolling.
Speak the Language(s): You are fluent in English. Being fluent in Danish or other European languages (Spanish, Italian, Swedish and/or Norwegian) is a plus.
Based in Aarhus: While our ambitions are global, our immediate focus is local. For this specific role, you must already be living within commuting distance to Aarhus, probably studying and looking for a relevant student job. We're not looking for candidates who need to relocate at this time.
The View: Work from the 11th floor of Incuba (Katrinebjerg, Aarhus). We have the best view, a gym in the basement, and a fridge that’s never empty.
Flexibility: This is a part-time role (approx. 12-15 hours per week). We value results over clock-watching and offer flexible and hybrid work opportunities so you can "jam" with us at the office or work from home.
