Confect is a fast-growing SaaS company helping brands create high-performing ads through data-driven creativity. We are now looking for a distribution-focused demand generation marketer who can help us effectively reach paid social specialists across the globe.
At Confect, we have a unique and highly attractive marketing advantage that many would be jealous of. Through our product, we gain data on what works in ads and what doesn’t. We turn these insights into bi-monthly or quarterly reports.
We are looking for a go-getter who can take ownership of distributing this valuable content across different channels, formats, and approaches. This includes running industry webinars, creating mini eBooks, publishing blog posts, testing newsletters, and writing social media content, across both organic and paid channels.

Own the distribution engine built around Confect’s reports and data insights
Turn our reports into content pieces for awareness ads, lead generation ads, social media posts, and emails (both visually and graphically)
Own the end-to-end quarterly webinar or event, measured by attendance and engagement
Repurpose and combine content across initiatives (e.g. reports, case studies, ad examples) to maximize output and reach
2+ years of experience and the ability to repurpose long-form content into smaller, more digestible pieces across different content types ( ads, social , email, blog)
Based in Denmark
Confidence in running and hosting webinars (not required to be the face of the webinar)
Solid skills in video editing and/or graphic design
Experience in project and team management, as this role requires collaboration with content creation and distribution teams
Background in performance or growth marketing (e.g. paid social)
Skills in copywriting and story telling
You will be the cornerstone of our demand generation efforts. We already have reports ready - we need you to ensure these insights are distributed across 10+ channels
You will have a team to support you, but you own the outcomes. The role requires proactivity and a constant focus on improving and scaling performance
You should know what “good” looks like and work effectively with the team to achieve it
You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to get up to speed quickly
You know that distribution is more important than creation
You have cracked the code on distributing content effectively across channels, this role will be right up your alley.
You will succeed at Confect if you are comfortable working at a fast pace, trying new things, and taking strong ownership. This is not a boring corporate job filled with strategy decks and branding calls — you will be executing a lot.

This role is employed under the Danish Funktionærlov, which means you're covered by standard Danish employment protections.
Salary: $36,000–$48,000/year, depending on experience.
