As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the engine of our sales pipeline across the European market. Your mission is to re-engage customers who have already interacted with Measurlabs, either through past purchases or previous inquiries, and turn that interest into meetings.
Working with a curated list of warm leads primarily located within Europe, you will leverage phone and email outreach to qualify opportunities and book meetings for our Sales Managers. This is a performance-driven role where your success is measured by both the quantity and quality of the meetings you set.
Incentives: We offer a transparent bonus structure. Reaching and exceeding your targets will directly increase your earnings.
Duration: This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and company growth.
We are looking for a resilient communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and drive the conversation. Ideally, you bring:
A "Hunter" Mentality: You are proactive, persistent, and motivated by hitting targets.
European Market Communication: Fluent English is a must. Since your territory is mainly the European area, proficiency in other European languages is a major advantage.
Tech-Savviness: You have solid IT skills and are comfortable using modern CRM to manage your workflow.
People Skills: You can quickly build rapport with diverse stakeholders, from technical engineers to procurement heads.
Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Our on-target earnings are €5,000/month, with no cap on overachievement. Base will be 3000 € and on-target bonus 2000€.
