FlavorScale is seeking a Founder’s Assistant Intern to be the calm inside the storm. This isn't a "data entry" internship; it’s a high-access, high-velocity role for the person who wants to see exactly how a startup scales from the inside out. You’ll be sitting in on investor pitches, joining partner meetings at Amsterdam’s hottest restaurant terraces, and helping the CEO navigate the chaos of our 2026 Q3 funding round.
Most internships give you a "seat at the table", we’re giving you the keys to the room. If you are the person who stays organized while everyone else is scrambling, this is your Masterclass in entrepreneurship.
Background: Currently studying Business, Law, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor or Master level).
The Curator: You have impeccable taste and "Content Intuition." You know which Amsterdam spots are trending before they hit TikTok.
Master of Chaos: You’re the "planner" of your friend group. You’re obsessed with details—from a perfectly formatted email to a seamless meeting schedule.
High Agency: You don't ask "what's next?" You see a full inbox or a scheduling conflict and you fix it before the CEO even knows it was a problem.
Vibe: You are poised, professional, and tech-savvy. You can pivot from a casual restaurant walkthrough to a high-stakes investor sync without breaking a sweat.
The Founder’s Shadow: Accompany the CEO to partner meetings, restaurant onboardings, and industry events across Amsterdam.
Strategic Inbox & Comms: Filter the noise. You’ll pick up forwarded emails, manage partner inquiries, and ensure the "FlavorScale Voice" is consistent.
Fundraising Engine: Assist in managing the investor pipeline and keeping the "Master Deck" updated as we head toward our 2026 investment cycles.
The Talent Pipeline: Help manage the interview flow for new interns and partners, acting as the first point of contact for the FlavorScale team.
Urban Command: Manage the CEO’s calendar and logistics to ensure every day in the city is optimized for maximum impact.
This is a work-based internship that offers a premier talent pipeline. While we cannot promise specific permanent positions, as our key hires depend on 2026/2027 board decisions, this role puts you at the very center of the company’s evolution. You will leave this internship with a network of founders, investors, and industry leaders that most people spend a decade trying to build.
Location: You must be based in or very close to Amsterdam.
Language: Fluent in English (Essential). Dutch is a massive plus for navigating local partner relations.
Status: This must be a formal internship as part of your degree.
Tech Stack: Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and ideally basic Canva/Notion.
Discretion: You will be privy to "inner circle" strategy—trust and loyalty are our #1 requirements.
