We’re a well-funded B2B SaaS business with a thriving office-first culture. Based in either Wroclaw or Stockholm, our recruiter is part of the People team, working alongside some very talented technologists, e-commerce experts and commercial sales people. Reporting to our COO, you’ll play a key role in building out our in-house recruiting function.
As our sole Technical Recruiter (for now!), you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for commercial and technical roles, creating shortlists of amazing people and growing Centra.
Your focus will be on building amazing candidate experiences, reducing our time to hire and helping our hiring managers. You’ll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, building a robust pipeline through advertising and sourcing, conducting screening interviews and managing all candidate interactions through to offer.
Source potential candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Github (but we expect you'll come with your own ideas for the places to find people.)
Post adverts in the right places, shortlist and screen (sometimes) high volumes of advertising response, honing on getting to the best candidates before the competition.
Handle a high volume of first-interview screening calls to uncover the most exciting people for our teams.
Make sure that we are getting the most out of TeamTailor, our ATS, by staying up to date with their latest integrations and releases so that we're delivering an amazing candidate experience.
Write interesting, high-conversion recruiting copy (personalised emails, LinkedIn messages, job adverts) designed to capture the imagination of highly sought-after professionals.
Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment technology trends and products.
Help us incorporate AI into our recruiting workflows.
Previous work experience as a Technical Recruiter in either an agency or in-house team.
Experience conducting high-volume, structured screening interviews designed to get us beyond matching years of experience and salary expectations. While not a technologist yourself, you are comfortable understanding and evaluating requirements for a variety of roles in a scaling technology company.
Familiarity with at least one Applicant Tracking System (we use TeamTailor as our ATS) and LinkedIn.
Excitement about using sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, Boolean search, AI tooling) to track down exceptional candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and either Polish or Swedish.
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in the UK and EU, specifically the upcoming EU directive on pay transparency and how this impacts recruiting.
