Location: Stockholm (Field-based)
Duration: 3 months (Fixed-term) with a strong possibility of long-term extension based on KPIs.
Contract: B2B Freelance (F-skatt), or employment through our EOR partner.
We are a Belgian beverage brand with a unique product ready to take over the Stockholm convenience and independent retail scene. We don't believe in slow starts. We are looking for a high-impact Hunter for an initial 3-month launch phase. Your goal? To prove our brand's rotation and secure our first 50+ premium listings.
If you hit the targets in these 3 months, you won't just have a job; you’ll have the opportunity to lead our Swedish expansion.
Intensive Prospecting: Visit 10-15 independent retailers and convenience stores per day in key Stockholm districts (Södermalm, Vasastan, Östermalm, etc.).
Immediate Listings: Secure shelf space and "fridge-front" visibility. You are responsible for the full sales cycle: from the first "Hej" to the first order.
Stockfiller Management: You will be the owner of our Stockfiller environment. You ensure all new customers are onboarded correctly and that orders are flowing through the platform from day one.
Merchandising: You don't just sell; you ensure the brand looks perfect. You place POS materials and optimize "eye-level" positioning.
The 90-Day Closer: You thrive under pressure and love the challenge of a short-term "sales sprint".
Native Swedish Speaker: You understand the Stockholm "fika" business culture and speak the language of the local shop owner.
Stockfiller Expert: You have used Stockfiller before and know exactly how to use it as a tool to drive re-orders and show us the data.
Independent Professional: You have your own setup (F-skatt) or are ready to work via our EOR partner. You hit the ground running on day one.
Your performance will be evaluated after 90 days based on:
Number of New Listings:
Stockfiller Data: Proven re-order frequency and volume.
In-store Visibility: Quality of placements and brand presence.
A solid monthly retainer + an aggressive commission/bonus for every new listing and crate sold.
The chance to be the "First Employee" in Sweden for a brand with international potential.
Simple B2B invoicing to our Belgian entity (we handle the international administration).
