About the Role

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) at Aban Impact Foundry is a builder, thinker, and problem-solver who wants to turn bold ideas into impactful ventures. This role is designed for entrepreneurs who enjoy exploring opportunities, validating ideas quickly, and building startups that can create meaningful social, environmental, and economic impact.

As an EiR, you will work alongside founders, investors, and experts within the Aban ecosystem to develop, test, and launch new ventures. Some ideas may be yours. Others may emerge from collaboration. Either way, curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment are key.

What You’ll Do

• Explore and develop new venture ideas within the impact ecosystem

• Validate markets, build prototypes, and shape scalable business models

• Collaborate with mentors, entrepreneurs, and investors

• Contribute to projects and ventures within the Aban Impact Foundry

• Help turn ambitious ideas into real-world impact
