Kobbr is expanding from Norway into Sweden and they partnered with Fronted to find hands-on Country Manager to build the market from the ground up.
You must be located in Sweden as you will launch and grow the Swedish market: owning sales, building relationships, closing customers, and shaping how we position ourselves locally. This is a builder role: you start by doing the work yourself and grow into broader leadership as the market scales.

Own the full B2B sales cycle end-to-end
Target service contractors
Build pipeline through outbound outreach and local networking
Translate a tech product into simple, practical value for non-tech buyers
Close deals and grow recurring revenue
Provide market feedback and help refine go-to-market strategy
Commercially driven with strong ownership mindset
Curious and genuinely interested in how small businesses operate
Able to explain tech tools in a simple, practical way
Resilient and persistent (comfortable with no-shows and informal environments)
Down-to-earth and relationship-oriented
Experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred
Swedish market knowledge
5-10 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS sales
Located in Sweden
Knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, or similar trades
Comfortable with cold calling, high activity level and high ownership
Structured, and a strong “get things done” mindset
