At Comeply, we've built a product that works and a foundation we're proud of. What we need now is someone who owns the commercial side — not as a hire, but as a founding member who shapes the future of the company alongside us.
This is Comeply's first dedicated commercial hire — which means you're building from scratch. You'll own everything from go-to-market strategy to closing deals, working directly with the founding team. No hand-holding, no existing playbook. You define how Comeply goes to market, who we target, how we position ourselves, and how we win. You'll run the full sales cycle — outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, close — and over time, build the commercial foundation that scales with us.
Proven B2B SaaS sales experience — you know how to open doors and close deals
Entrepreneurial mindset — you've either built something before or always wanted to
Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of early-stage
A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly
Someone motivated by ownership and impact, not just a title
Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
Based in Denmark
