Rebl Eats is building the next generation food-to-go brand (www.rebleats.com). We create sustainable ready-to-eat meals and snacks, available in supermarkets and food delivery. Founded four years ago, we have already sold more than 4 million products across Finland.
We're currently having a really strong momentum and growing fast in Finland, while kicking-off international expansion. We're already live in Sweden, and have Denmark in the pipeline next.
The company is backed by Wolt founder Elias Aalto, among other prominent investors and has been selected in Slush 100’s iconic competition 2024. You might also have seen us in the investment TV-show “Leijonan Luola” and more recently, winning the 2025-26 season of Suomalainen Menestysresepti with Shalaatti.
We are now looking for an Operations and Supply Partners Manager to lead and scale our production and ingredient partner ecosystem, as we grow into new product lines and markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing yet rock solid start-up in one of the most exciting growth stages: the international scaling step.
As our Operations and Supply Partners Manager you will own and develop Rebl Eats’ network of production and ingredient partners. Your mission is to ensure we have the right partners, contracts, and supply chain capabilities in place to support rapid growth, maintain high quality standards, and optimize costs as we scale. This is a new role, which will report to our awesome VP Operations.
The role combines strategic partner management, supply chain development, and cross-functional project leadership. In short, you will be an instrumental part of strengthening our operations, to get the company to the next level.
Your everyday work will be centered around three main areas:
Partnership management. You will manage the relationship with our contract manufacturers and suppliers on a day-to-day basis. This includes strategic contract negotiations to ensure the best quality and prices possible at all times, and collaboration to solve challenges when those arise. You will also source, assess and negotiate with new production partners for new product lines.
Procurement & operations processes. You own the relationship with our ingredient partners and lead new ingredient sourcing from start to finish. You will also play a role in developing and strengthening our supply chain processes and systems, to ensure we are ready to scale.
Project Management and leadership. In New Product Development projects, you will take ownership of the operations aspects of the launch, and make sure the whole supply chain is synched to produce and bring the new products on the market on time (from production, prices, quality, to storage and logistics).
We’re looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a scaling environment and brings a strong growth mindset. You are a structured project lead who takes ownership and drives things forward with a positive, can-do attitude. You’re a proactive problem solver, not afraid to get your hands dirty, and you enjoy building strong relationships.
You are both detail-oriented and capable of seeing the bigger picture, understanding how different functions connect (commercial, financial, operations, and product.)
In addition, you:
Are fully proficient in Finnish (to manage Finnish partners) and English (our team language)
Have a few years of experience in strategic operations, finance, procurement, management consulting, project leadership, or a related field
Have strong experience with Excel and ERP systems
Have worked cross-functionally, considering multiple functions (e.g., sales, finance, operations) in your work
Have a strong academic background, with a degree from, for example, Aalto University, Hanken, University of Turku, or Tampere University
Bonus points for:
Experience in contract manufacturing, sourcing, and negotiations
Experience in the FMCG industry
Previous startup experience
