We are looking for a Business Growth Executive to help drive the next phase of ZafeConnect’s commercial growth. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play an active role in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing directly to the company’s expansion.
You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to strengthen our market presence, generate new business, and help shape how we go to market. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, ambitious profile who enjoys both strategy and execution.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners
Drive outbound sales activities, lead generation, and pipeline development
Support and execute commercial growth strategies
Understand client needs and position ZafeConnect’s solutions effectively
Contribute to partnership development and market expansion initiatives
Manage sales processes from initial outreach to negotiation and closing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong client onboarding and long-term value creation
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments
Strong commercial mindset and natural relationship-building skills
Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles
Confidence in outreach, negotiation, and client communication
Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable taking ownership
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Interest in technology, digital communication, and growth businesses
Experience from SaaS, tech, telecom, CPaaS, or a similar industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
