We make veggie meals for modern values and lifestyles, and you can find them in supermarkets and through food delivery. In four years, we’ve piloted in four countries and sold over 5 million meals. Rebl is backed by Wolt founder Elias Aalto, built by serial startup founders, and featured on TV shows like Suomalainen Menestysresepti and Leijonan Luola.

What’s this role about?

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating festival food preparation with our team at our production kitchen in Herttoniemi. This includes supporting inventory management, ensuring proper use of professional kitchen equipment (such as ovens and chillers), and maintaining high hygiene standards both in the production kitchen and on-site.

You will also travel with our active student ambassador team to Finland’s top music festivals, preparing food, ensuring quality on-site, and occasionally guiding or training team members in food preparation.

Food preparation will take approximately 1–2 weekdays, in our Herttoniemi kitchen. Festivals are usually held on weekends (Thu–Sat or Fri–Sun), with most taking place in the Helsinki area. You will join both parts.

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

• You are a student in a culinary or cooking school (able to handle food with ease)

• You have a valid hygiene passport

• You are available on weekends and some weekdays during the summer

• You are fluent in Finnish or English

• You take initiative and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty when needed (we’re a startup after all!)

At least one of these is a plus:

• You have experience from a restaurant kitchen or festival food cooking

• You are ambitious, outgoing and a team player

• You have a driver's license
