About Airwallet

Around half of the world’s laundry machines still run on coins. We are changing that.

Airwallet is a cashless payment platform for the professional laundry industry. We provide hardware on the machine, an app or payment terminal for the end user, and a dashboard that gives operators visibility across their entire fleet. In place of a slow, manual, cash-heavy system, we offer a modern payment and operations platform.

We are a team of around 35 people, headquartered in Odense, Denmark, with a growing team in the United States. Today, Airwallet operates in more than 50 countries across six continents through an extensive partner network, and we are accelerating toward an ambitious annual recurring revenue target by 2029. In 2025, we ranked number 22 on the Børsen Gazelle list, placing us among Denmark’s fastest-growing companies.

The foundation is in place, and the biggest part of the journey is still ahead. If you want to join a company where your work will have visible, measurable impact, this is the moment.

The role

You will join the Product & Insights team and report to the Head of Product & Insights. We are a flat organisation, so you will work closely across the business and have direct access to the co-founding team. We do not expect you to know everything from day one. We will invest in helping you get up to speed and setting you up to succeed.

The outcome we are working toward is simple: every team at Airwallet should be able to make faster, better-informed decisions. Sales should know where to focus. Customer Success should spot issues before they escalate. Product should understand how the platform is being used. Leadership should have a real-time view of the business. Your role is to help make that possible.

Over time, there is room to shape the scope of the role. As you build context and trust, you may take on more responsibility across internal process improvement, strategic projects, and other business-critical initiatives. Exactly what that looks like is something we will define together. We are a company in motion, and we would rather hire someone excited to help build than someone looking to step into a narrowly defined role.

What we are looking for

  • You are a student, on a gap year, or otherwise early in your career

  • You have a track record of ambition, whether in school, work, or a personal project or passion

  • You are analytically curious and enjoy digging into data to understand why, not just what

  • You are comfortable working with numbers and motivated to build your technical skills in areas such as SQL, Python, and data tools

  • You can think independently and form your own view, even when the answer is not obvious

  • You have an ownership mindset and would rather define the work than wait to be told what to do

  • Experience from a tech company or scale-up is a plus, but far from required

  • You are proficient in written and spoken English; Danish is a plus

Prior experience matters less than potential. If you are sharp, curious, and ready to make a real impact, we would like to hear from you.

What we offer

This is a part-time role based in our spacious office in central Odense, with a competitive salary. You will get real responsibility early on, not busywork, in a down-to-earth environment with a team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously. We offer a lunch scheme and make time for social gatherings.

The process

Send us your application and we will take it from there. If there appears to be a fit, we will invite you to a short online screening call of 15 to 30 minutes to get to know each other. The next step is an in-person interview in Odense, lasting around one to one and a half hours, combining a take-home case with a conversation.

We know that applying takes time. Everyone who reaches the screening call or beyond will receive personal feedback. We believe that is the least we can do. Earlier-stage rejections are sent automatically.

We hire on an ongoing basis and will move when we meet the right person, so do not hesitate to apply.
