PIE Systems is on a mission to modernise the $70B+ global VAT refund industry. We’re replacing outdated, paper-heavy processes with a seamless digital experience for travellers and merchants.
We’re scaling fast across Europe and Norway is a strategic priority market. Now we’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead and accelerate our commercial growth in Oslo and beyond.
This is a senior, market-owning role with full commercial responsibility for Norway.
You will lead our expansion by building high-value partnerships, driving revenue, and shaping how PIE wins in the market. This is not just about closing deals, it’s about defining the playbook, prioritising opportunities, and executing at a high level.
You will report directly to Nina Seidenfaden (General Manager, Europe) and work closely with Thea Andersen (Business Development Manager, Europe) forming the core commercial team driving PIE’s growth across the region.

Own and drive PIE’s commercial growth strategy in Norway.
Identify, prioritise, and close high-value merchant partnerships.
Build and manage a strong, strategic sales pipeline.
Lead complex sales cycles and negotiations with key stakeholders.
Establish and grow relationships across retail, travel, and airport ecosystems.
Represent PIE at industry events and in senior-level meetings.
Provide market insights and help shape product and go-to-market strategy.
Contribute to building scalable sales processes as we expand.
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
Experience owning markets, territories, or key accounts.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise high-impact opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Comfortable operating independently in a scale-up environment.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, retail, or travel is a strong advantage.
Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (required).
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken (required).
Own and shape a key European market.
Work directly with senior leadership and influence strategy.
