Tendium is looking for a German speaking GTM (Go-to-Market) Lead for DACH area

Now, we’re entering our next phase: scaling aggressively in Germany and the DACH area, one of the largest and most competitive public procurement markets in Europe.

This is where you come in.

You won’t be joining an existing setup, you’ll be building it. As one of the first go-to-market hires in Germany, you will play a critical role in shaping our positioning, driving demand, and establishing Tendium as a category leader in the market.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership from day one, work directly with leadership, and define how an AI company wins in the DACH area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch GTM Strategy and the plan for how the product will be rolled out in DACH. Work closely with the commercial data team to identify entry points, messaging and what opportunities there are and continuously verify hypotheses by talking directly to customers and pilots.

  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, industry experts, partners and key decision-makers across the public procurement sphere.

  • Represent Tendium at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.

  • Act as the "glue" and collaborate closely with the product teams, sales, customer success and the creative team in marketing to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience and guide product and marketing priorities

  • Work with product teams to ensure the pricing and packaging model matches the customer's willingness to pay and market expectations.

  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to analyze launch performance and key metrics such as lead conversion rates and CAC, continuously refining the strategy based on data and market feedback.

  • Stay up to date on trends in public procurement, AI, and B2B SaaS, especially in the German speaking markets.

What You Bring

  • You have at least 6+ years of experience from similar roles.

  • Native German, with excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience with - or a solid understanding of - B2B SaaS environments.

  • A commercial background within marketing, sales, or a related revenue-focused role.

You will stand out if you have

  • Good knowledge of the public procurement system in DACH & Europe.

  • A completed degree in business administration or comparable education.

Location

Germany or Austria, with frequent trips to our Stockholm HQ. Expect to travel as part of building and scaling our presence in the DACH region.
